1 How to prepare for a store visit during COVID-19
1.1 Do you require masks?

Yes, we all employees are wearing masks, and we ask that every member in your party wear one as well.

1.2 Will I have to wait in line?

Most likely there will be a wait because we are limiting capacity in our store. We strongly recommend that you book an appointment to avoid waiting in line during our store hours. 

1.3 Do you have any helpful tips to expedite our store visit?

Yes! We recommend trying to shop with as few family members as possible, booking an appointment, creating a list of must have items to expedite your visit, and kindly leave all food, drinks, and furry friends at home.

Although we are offering limited walk-in store hour, we are offering extended hours for in-store appointments and virtual appointments. Appointments are our recommended method to support social distancing.

Must be:
* Within 45 Days of Purchase
* Not Worn, Washed, or Altered
* With the Original Price Tag Attached

Please note special orders and items with name embroidery are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Yes! Our annual 20% off in-stock sale is always the first 2 weeks of April. We offer various pop up sales during the year.
